Badger RC250 Control Valve for RO systems
The Badger RC250 Control Valve for RO systems has been designed for pressure control in reverse osmosis systems.
The Badger RC250 Research Control valve is machined from solid bar and has been designed for accurate pressure and flow control in reverse osmosis systems and is a market leading product in this field.
In the majority of RO applications, the selection of materials in important for resistance to high salt content. We recommend the AISI 904L (1.4539) stainless steel valve with AISI 316 SS trim and PTFE chevron seals. For more aggressive media we offer duplex stainless steel or Hastelloy C valves. The valves are used for raw feed water, permeate control or mainly for brine to regulate the pressure across the membrane maintaining efficient separation and preventing excessive pressure from damaging the membrane.
The valves can also be fitted with a special 3 point or 4-20mA 24v, 110v or 240v electric actuator for use in a seawater environment.
It is available with:
¼” NPT internal threads with nominal pressure 345 bar
